                          Something To consider before filing for Bankruptcy

~ Don't Spend Thousands of dollars having an Attorney filing Bankruptcy, assuming that it will make the FORECLOSURE Disappear!

Many people will spend a lot of money filing a chapter 13 Bankruptcy which is really a repayment plan, only to lose the home anyway. Basically you are paying the attorney, instead of the lender! Before filing for Bankruptcy you should find out how much the process will COST YOU! Find out what your New INCREASED monthly payment will be after you file. Also If you miss just (1) payment your CH.13 Bankruptcy is DISMISSED! and you will have to than file for CH.7 which will carry more Attorney fees. when your Ch.7 is finally discharged you won't a penny, but the bank will still want you to sell the house. If you do not your credit report is going to report a Foreclosure hurting your credit for years. Something to really think about before handing out money you may not have to begin with.
