After happily living in this neighborhood since 1998, we decided to retire to Northern California. We were thinking about doing this for a short time when we received a letter from Stephanie and Raymond Louison of Realty One Group stating that they had a buyer who wanted to purchase a home in this neighborhood. We were very skeptical about contacting a realtor we did not know, but we decided to at least speak with them.
