At  Virtual Homes Real Estate, formerly RE/MAX Innovations,  I recruit, train and manage the sales agents. My goal is to help the agents achieve a high  level of knowledge that will enable them to provide the guidance and dedication to their clients.  business philosophy and customer service motto I have maintained during my career

Virtual Homes Real Estate provides the opportunity of having agents work from their home office, to list and sell properties in their "neighborhood".  This approach creates a management challenge to provide "hands on" support  and to  be available to the agents when a question or concern arises.  This is accomplished by using several means of communication, email, instant messaging and telephone contact is always available to the agents.  I am a very "hands on" manager and strive to provide the support agents need to be successful while providing the level of service consumers deserve and expect.

 

Training is done both on line through the use of webinars, group meetings and workshops.   I am a Certified Mentor for the Brian Buffini 100 Days to Greatness program and offer this to our agents on a regular basis to aid them in establishing a program of building their business by referrals.
