Emmi Chandler retired from the Indianapolis Airport Authority in 2003 as a Business Development Executive and moved to the Northern Virginia area. For the next few year she invested in real estate and in 2006 started Responsive Restoration and is certified in water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, mold remediator supervisor and biohazard clean up. She is also a licensed Mold Remediator Supervisor in the State of Virginia.

James Herrera has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and in 2011 teamed with Responsive Restoration as the Production Manager. He is certified in water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, mold remediator supervisor and biohazard clean up.  He is a licensed Mold Remdiator Supervisor in the State of Virginia.
