There are a lot of reasons why people sell their properties, but one thing will always be true about property buyers. Buyers shop on logic but, ultimately, buy on emotion. For that reason, your property needs to stand out among all of the competition as an organized, beautiful space that appeals to the broadest range of buyers.
It is the goal of rethink home interiors to provide every client with piece of mind by developing a staging plan to create beautiful, organized interiors that resonate with buyers, leading to faster sales for the most money possible.

home staging for vacant properties + model homes
We are happy to work with property owners, investors and builders to stage an empty home, model home or inventory home. We will source the necessary furniture and accessories to fit the size and the style of the house. Staging empty houses is extremely important for most home buyers as it helps them see themselves living in the house. Furniture and accessories will give the house a sense of purpose and style and buyers will more easily remember it for these reasons.
restyling to dwell
Sometimes you just need a fresh approach to your space and rethink home interiors can help. We will help you to rethink the function, layout and color of your home for everyday living, a special occasion or holiday.

This room had great details but they were being overshadowed by too much furniture and a layout that didn't highlight the beautiful mantel and hearth. By changing the floor plan, taking out the bookcases, repurposing furniture from other rooms, and adding bright pops of color, this room came alive and received rave reviews from both buyers and agents.
The windows in this room are a huge selling feature but the wooden valances, heavy furniture, and off center chandelier were more of a distraction and made the room feel cramped and the ceiling feel very low. By removing the valances and replacing with fabulous, shimmering drapes hung closer to the ceiling, your eye is drawn to those incredible windows. Also, by replacing the armoire with a gorgeous mirror, the room feels much larger. Lastly, accessorizing with hammered silver vases, balances the offset chandelier. The final result is a pulled together, sophisticated dining room.
This kitchen felt very cramped, dark and crowded. What little light this room got, was absorbed by the pot rack hanging in the window and the crooked chandelierâ. The large stainless steel table was too large and underutiliâzed. We let in the sunshine by removing the pot rack and chandelier and found a new purpose for the table as a potting bench in the backyard.
