I enjoy working in all aspects of real estate sellers and buyers. I really enjoy working with first time home owners, helping navigate the sales process and finding there first home is really an awesome task and I take it very seriously. The single most importantthing for me is to make the process as relaxed and stress free as possible, I want it to be a good time not something they regret. I want them to remember and enjoy the day when they received the keys to there first home !! I also help home owners with a short sale of there home, I never want to see anyone lose there home ! Never and if a time comes when a home owner feels they cannot make there payment any longer I want to help them before the bank takes there home. I enjoy challenges and dealing with loss mitigation counselors can be, but I strive to build relationships with everyone who is involved with the home owners loan so we can resolve any issues and get the home closed and the home owner does not go into foreclosure.
