| “My fiance worked with Rob to sell his house, and due to his multiple compliments about Rob, I decided to work with Rob to sell my house. My fiance moved to Nevada for his career, and I let Rob know I wanted to sell my house as quickly as possible to get out there with him. Rob quickly listed my house on multiple sites, and although it was during the holiday season, we quickly had showings consistently every week. Within 6-7 weeks, we had an offer. Not only did Rob understand my urgency, he realized I needed some assistance lifting heavy items in my house and getting some work done on the house for showings as I was on my own.
