Richard is a single father of four, three sons and a daughter, and two young grandchildren, always looking forward to the next round of adventures, wonders and discoveries with the little ones as they grow.
Richard loves working with his hands, from building and remodeling houses to building and tuning hot rods and race cars. These things have faded into the background lately, for the most part.
Richard lives, works and plays in Campbell and enjoys getting away for a day or two in Sonora- here and there. He lives to work and works to live. Life is an adventure. Life is good. Let’s have fun with it.

| Richard was our realtor this year when we bought a property in SCVCC. It was a difficult transaction as there was no lender involved. Richard was able to guide us through the process and responded to every question we had, went out of his way to take photos for us, (we live 4 hours away). He truly represented our interests and is not a high pressure pushy salesperson. We successfully closed our escrow as planned and are very happy with his service to us.
