my name is Russell Herndon and i work at 1st Metropolitan Mtg. in Bristol, Tn. we are licensed to do residential loan in Tn and VA, as well as several states that are "free" because they do not require a state license. i have been in this line of work for over 14 years and have been in the finance business ever since i graduated from college. i love being able to help a 1st time homebuyer realize their dream and get their 1st house. it is an awesome feeling!!! i work hard for each and every client and i dont stop until we reach the closing table!!! thank you and God bless
a majority of my business is FHA or USDA purchase loans. USDA is still doing 100% loans and the seller can pay the closing costs for the buyer. what this means is that quite often the buyer is able to come to the table with no money out
pocket, except for the cost of the appraisal. i also do a lot of FHA refinance loans. FHA will allow a borrower to refinance upto 95% of their homes value!!! i work hard for each and every client and i dont stop until we reach the closing table!!! thank you and God bless
hello everyone out there. i am new to this blogging stuff, but i have been in the mortgage business for 14 years! i primarily do purchase USDA and FHA loans and FHA refinance loans. i love this stuff!
