Certified as Thermographer (infra red) HERS rater (home energy rating service) new and existing homes, Green point rater (california) Cert. green bldg professional CGBP and certified nationally as a building analyst and bldg. envelope specialist by BPI (building performance institute). I also am a member of efficiency first, a national non profit promoting residential energy efficiency.
