Rick Rodriguez is a 28-year veteran of the real estate industry.  Beginning in 1984, at the age of 21, Rick started his real estate career in the San Francisco Region and East Bay City of Hayward, California. 

Hayward, the town of his upbringing and matriculation through high school & Junior College, served as the foundation of his real estate career that has now spanned nearly three decades. 

In Hayward, Rick learned the local markets (Oakland, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Hayward, Union City, Fremont) primarily in residential and residential income properties. 

In 1990, Rick earned "Superstar" status as one of five agents, that led the office of Century 21 of Hayward to a national ranking of #37 among 6000 offices nationwide for sales volume! And, has continued to receive awards for production and sales goals, customer service, and community involvement.

Rick is a strong believer in consistent adaptation to changing markets and continues to refine his knowledge through continuing education courses in residential, commercial, finance, management, and  legal aspects real estate courses.

Rick attributes much of his success to general factors.  He is severely persistent maintaining high standards of customer service; determined and committed to life-long learning, and functions by a mantra of integrity and high ethical standards.

In 1991, Rick moved to Danville, California.  This broadened his area of expertise to Tri-Valley & Lamorinda corridor including the cities (Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Lafayette, Orinda, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Concord, Pleasant Hill) to his area of expertise. 

Rick is experienced, knowledgable, passionate, and demonstrates care in the performance of his real estate duties to client and collegue alike!  He has a long list of satisfied clients evidenced by the many wonderful testimonials written for him by his clients.  Of particular importance to Rick is the hundreds of bi-lingual (Spanish) clients he has served because of his fluency of the language.

Rick, a Saint Mary's College Alumnus, is a passionate writer and reader.  He writes and publishes a monthly real estate newsletter and real estate blog.  He also publishes A Word from the Rocket, a blog about his travels locally and abroad.  He is a regular contributor of the opinion pages of the San Ramon Valley Times, Oakland Tribune and was published nationally by the Wall Street Journal.

A natural competitior, Rick regularly competes in local, regional, national, and International golf tournaments!  He is an avid runner with a long history in the marathon race!  He supports numerous organizations including the USGA, PGA, and LPGA organizations through volunteer work!

Rick Rodriguez, a proud Father, lives in Danville, California with his two children!  His children, grade schoolers at Creekside Elementary & Diable Vista Middle School, enjoy playing sports, including Mustang Soccer!
