I am a certified E-Pro agent. I have taken classes to become a better realtor through technology. I am also certified as SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure resource Specialist. I am excellent at keeping in touch and helping clients feel comfortable in their real estate decisions. I have been in real estate for over 17 years- most of that time with Century 21.
I now own my own brokerage- Coast to Canyon Real Estate. There are currently eleven agents in the virtual office. We work together with a team to get the job done and done well.

I work well with buyers as well as sellers. Most of my business is from referrals and past clients repeating business. I keep in touch with all of my clients throughout the whole process making everyone aware of the good and the bad things happening. I make the phone call even when the news is not good. I answer my phone constantly. You will not get voice mail on a regular basis- you talk to me.
I work with move up buyers, sellers of all types of residential properties, first time buyers are a pleasure for me to work with also. I love the challenge of finding buyers just the right property for them.
I have become CRS certified- which means I have sold over 150 homes and am proficient in the art of negotiations.
