In addition to working with two other active real estate agents; we also have formed a close business relationship with two law groups - one for general contract work and another who specializes in loan modifications and bankrupties. Backing up our negotiations are our relationships with four key escrow officers, three title reps, and five loan officers and loan brokers. In the loan business today, you need to gave experienced people who are aware of all of the up-to-date information on their area of speciality.
Of coures we have a virtual file cabinet of other resources - everythings from home inspectors, handymen, contractors, home stagers, mold inspectors, geological specialists, flooring/tile installers, painters, home theater installers, movers and more!

Because we employ a team approach we have a wide range of experience (geographically) in Orange County. Collectively we have done business as far south as Carlsbad, as far east as Corona, and as far north at Diamond Bar. However, our real concentration in the past few years has been along the coast - Huntington Beach, Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, Irvine, Aliso Viejo, Coto de Caza, and Dove Canyon.
Most recently one of our members has represented several listing and sales in Newport Coast, another has done several equistrian properties and a third has assisted several executives who work for various automotive companies to relocate around the West Coast.
Generally speaking, we'd love to do the "easy" tranactions, however, it has become apparent that we have had to become immersed in the most challanging business transactions. Today, we have had a great deal of successful experience in Short Sales, Foreclosures (Bank Owned Properties), and geologically-challanged properties. All of these "distressed" sales have allow us to met and form close relationships with the wide variety of resurces that have made "impossible" deals not only possible but very profitable for our clients.
