Rose is an Associate Broker and is with Keller Williams Realty in Santa Fe, NM. I've been with KW for 5 years! I was previously with Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate's top producers and have 17+ years experience as a real estate professional. She is also e-Certified by Prudential, which recognizes her savvy in using technology (and specifically the Internet) in real estate marketing.
Rose earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the most rigorous and professional residential designation available to Realtors. Only 4% of real estate professionals, nationwide, have completed the coursework and satisfied the requirements to become members of the Council of Residential Specialists. In November 2008, I completed my Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation. In October 2010, I completed my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
Rose has been recognized for excellence in real estate sales, winning a Prudential Real Estate "Leading Edge Society" awards in 2009, 2007, 2006 & 2005. "Rock Solid Performer" award in 2004. "Star Producer" award in 2003. Rose is a member of the SF Association of Realtors, Realtor's Association of New Mexico, National Association of Realtors, "Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate" and "WCR-Women's Council of Realtors." She is also a member of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce and Past-President of the SF Capital City Lions Club. I volunteer for eye screening banks in the Santa Fe & Pecos areas. SF Ski Team -Ski Swap to raise funds for the SF Ski Team and the Silent Auction. Relay for Life--Cancer Walk-a-thon for my Dad John who lost his battle on April 10th, 2011. I bake/cook at Thanksgiving at Kitchen Angels a great organization that helps the community. I volunteer at Beaver Creek World Cup Downhill Race for four days. Santa Fe Symphony volunteer. IAIA '80s Gala fundraiser event volunteer. I serve on the HOA for Plaza de Castillo as a board member.

A 9th-generation Santa Fean, Rose knows the Santa Fe real estate market! One of her specialties is investment properties. Rose has helped several investors find income producing properties as well as 2nd homes.
Sales have ranged from $125K condos to $1M luxury properties. I grew up at 868 E. Palace Avenue in the historic part of town and I have great memories of the neighborhoods I walked through as a child.

| Two years ago I began researching my dream of moving to Santa Fe. I chose Rose Lopez-Brown as my realtor and that was my lucky day. While my house languished on the market in California she never lost faith in me and continued patiently helping me narrow my search for a suitable house and neighborhood. Each time I arrived for a few days she freed up time in her schedule while we looked at house after house. When I finally shook loose from California and rented in town I had already learned so much about the city that I was able to decide quickly when I needed to. Rose worked hard on my list of must- haves and finally the perfect fit turned up. Her swift action and winning personality assured that my offer was the one the seller chose. I’m settled in now--again with suggestions from Rose about who to hire and where to find things-- and I expect to thrive for many years in my adopted city. What makes Rose outstanding as a realtor? She remains focused on the buyer’s needs and matches these to a thorough knowledge of the market. She approaches each day with energy, enthusiasm, candor, and humor. Unfailingly professional, she is quick to respond to protect her client’s interests in dynamic negotiations. | Dear Keller Williams, We drove into Santa Fe nearly two years ago now, having no idea where we were going, and ended up at a McDonald’s on St. Michael’s. While there trying to get our bearings I leafed through the Santa Fe Real Estate Guide. A pretty face with the name of Rose Lopez-Brown jumped out at me so I called her number. It turned out to be one of the best intuitive decisions I’ve ever made. We bought then and just recently sold our house on Jaguar with Rose. I know Rose on two levels. One, she is the consummate professional. She works harder for her clients--buyers and sellers--than any realtor I’ve ever known. I’d be amazed if there is a property on the market or a selling technique she doesn’t know about and hasn’t either shown or used. And she tiptoes through the personalities and conflicts of real estate like a seasoned ballerina. We simply would not use another realtor in Santa Fe. She and her husband Pat have also become good friends. We always look forward to seeing them each time we return to Santa Fe and hope to have them visit us in Texas this year. I do think we are ready to retire to drinking Margaritas and eating guacamole at Gabriel’s with Rose and Pat from now on. Rose and Pat have the temperament and patience for this real estate business and they are astonishingly good at it, but we are ready to stop buying and selling houses--even with them.
