Biography and Goals:
Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions you may possibly make in your lifetime. Feeling comfortable with the agent you decide to work with can be key to your success.
I describe my profession as a 3 step "Guide" through the home buying and selling process.
1) I educate my clients about value.
2) Protect their interests.
3) Put their needs first.
Remaining available to my clients at all times, I am able to confidently proceed through this process. My integrity and reliability together with my extensive business experience and interpersonal skills have been the foundation for establishing and maintaining success in my Real Estate career.
I was first exposed to London when I came to the city to attend Fanshawe College in the early 70's. I graduated with a Business Administration Diploma with an accounting major. I have remained in the city ever since working with a local manufacturing company in various administrative functions from accounting, to purchasing, to customer service until I made the move to Real Estate Sales. After obtaining my license I continued on to complete my Broker's License. I am qualified to help you with your residential, multi unit investments, commercial sales or leasing requirements.
I am deeply committed to providing my clients with an "Exceptional" level of service. Whether you are a seasoned buyer or seller, or this is your first purchase, I welcome the opportunity of working with you.
The majority of my business is derived from my past clients or referrals from my past clients and friends. I am always open to meeting new clients. I do not believe in pressure sales tactics but I do believe in working "For you", and "With you", to find that perfect house or investment.
