My name is Robert Lussier, and I've been a Real Estate Consultant for 22 years. I specialize in marketing properties, listing properties and selling properties. Being a consultant in the field of Real Estate is not just a job to me, I truly enjoy working with people and seeing their goals achieved. In addition to helping people with their real estate needs, I have also worked as a mortgage broker for over 8 years. I have found that being able to work on both sides allows me to better meet my clients wants and needs. I know the value of property and how to market it to sell. I work step by step with the seller to a successful closing. CONSULTING WITH A BUYER: When working with a Buyer of a property I pay special attention to the emotional aspects as well as the practical aspects of their purchase. Through my many experiences of working successfully with buyers, all my clients benefit from the knowledge I've gained as I've guided them step by step to reach the closing of their purchase. In addition, I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools. CONSULTING ON FINANCE: Helping my clients with their financing cuts out one more person to consult with. I can follow your loan step by step keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
