I truly do love the Rockford IL area! Our family moved here in 1989 and it has been a great place to raise our family and get to know a great, caring community.
Why should you - as a buyer or seller - want to work with me? I have been in real estate since 1989 - 8 years in residential and commercial property mgmt and the remaining years as a licensed agent. I do this as a full time career not just as a hobby. I love working with people and helping them through the process of either buying or selling a home. My computer and educational background means I believe in using the technology we have available to us to make the transaction easier and more user friendly and get the information you need to YOU! I will answer any questions you may have! Does that mean I am a "know it all"? Absolutely Not! But it DOES mean I will find out for you - because that's my main task - to represent you and make sure you don't make any mistakes that may cost you later.
