She immediately took hold of the situation in Montclair. We had no tenant, due to early termination without notice, in the Montclair apartment. We asked for a professional couple to occupy the apartment and within a few days she had a potential couple. Upon getting financials on them, they were approved by us and took occupancy in two weeks. In the Jefferson apartment which is rather large, six rooms, we asked for the impossible. My elderly mother lives downstairs and we wanted only a single professional person.
