I started life in the Mid-West, being born in Evanston, Il and enjoyed my very early years in Chicago. The family relocated to San Francisco and I spent the majority of my life there and on the Peninsula, with the exception of a nice vacation with Uncle Sam during the Vietnam era. I have been visiting family here in the desert for over 30 years and finally relocated to the "Gem of the Desert" in 2007 - a move that was a long time overdue.

I have held my Real Estate license since 1998; however, my 37 years of combined experience in Real Estate, Lending, Escrow and Title have provided a great foundation for development of planning and organizational skills which are tantamount for a successful real estate closing. Combining this with superior negotiation skills is a powerful combination to have in your corner; in addition, I am a Certified REO Buyer`s Agent and hold `Certified Broker Pricing Specialist`,` Short Sale / Foreclosure Resource` and `Certified H.A.F.A. Specialist` designations plus it just wouldn`t be right to call yourself "Short Sale Sully" unless you can say you are a Certified Distressed Property Specialist- enough said!
