I grew up in Brooklyn, like so many Long Islanders. I attended St. John's Prep in Brooklyn, where I joined many clubs and activities as well as being the Manager of the Basketball and Baseball teams. My education continued at St. John's University for both Undergraduate and Graduate School, majoring in Chemistry. I was the Student Manager of the Redmen Basketball and Baseball teams, a position which gave me many unforgetable experiences. Upon graduation, I became a Chemistry teacher at Brentwood High School. I also taught a course in Energy, covering such topics as Energy Conservation, Basic Construction, Active and Passive Solar systems and other Energy Alternatives. I was at Brentwood for 34 years.
In 1969, I became engaged to Patricia and we began to look for our first house or apartment. We met Harold Lacy of Lacy Homes and he convinced us that we could custom build a house on some vacant land that he owned. We knew nothing about houses or construction, but we trusted him and went forward and built a beautiful custom house. He guided us every step of the way. A year later, I began to work for Lacy Homes on a part time basis and ultimately became the Sales Director. Mr. Lacy gave me my background in new construction, which is so valuable to me today.
Whenever I have a Client or a Customer who is looking to purchase a home or build a new one, I try to do for them what Mr. Lacy did for us - provide as much knowledge, support and guidance as I can to get them through the process with as little stress as possible. I am now also a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), so that I may work on behalf of the Buyer.
I am presently the Broker and Owner of Atlantic Shores Realty Corp. in East Moriches. We are a small company but we are a member of the Multiple Listing Service, we advertise in many highly rated publications and we have a very large internet presence. My five agents and I have completd transactions throughout Long Island. I answer the phone at all hours of the day and I return calls immediately. Problems are solved quickly - nothing is left for tomorrow. All of our dealings are honest, straightforward and legal and we will deliver exactly what we promise. I am best known for my patience and for my ability keep everyone calm when critical problems and misunderstandings arise.

My primary area is Moriches, Center Moriches, East Moriches, Eastport, Manorville and Westhampton, although I have listed and sold houses from Valley Stream to Hampton Bays. I have had many New construction Listings and I have had the oppurtunity to help some of my clients build their dream home. I have also had many Waterfront listings and sales.. I have sold to first time homebuyers of all ages. I have assisted many of my clients in selling their houses while helping them to find a new home.
I have done multiple transactions with many of my clients. Recently, I had the pleasure of re-selling a house that I sold as new construction 38 years ago. Many of my friends have become my clients and I am proud to say that many of my clients have become my friends.
