Hello, my name is Ron Mehin and I am a real estate broker with over 30 years of combined experience in Arizona mortgage and real estate industries. I take great satisfaction from helping clients improve their real estate portfolio, find their dream home or successfully market their current property.
After owning and managing a full service real estate company for many years, I joined HomeSmart International Realty in 2011, in large part, because I find the level of service and commitment by the staff and management to be unparalleled iave lived in Phoenix since 1981, after graduating from Utah State University and cherish family time with my wife and daughter at home and on our travels.

| "In all the property transactions I have completed through Ron, I have found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. Ron was always on time, prepared with information I had not even anticipated needing. He was flexible in his schedule and meeting locations to make it convenient for me. When asked a question, he would usually have the answer, however, if he did not, he located the answer in a timely fashion. His website made it easy for me to locate the type of property in the area at the price I was looking for. MLS listings were emailed to me on a daily basis for all the property listed the day before under the criteria I had set. Ron let me locate property at my leisure without pressuring me. | Ron did an amazing job helping me purchase my first house. Ron was outstanding when it came to understanding exactly what kind of home I was looking for. In our first meeting I told him what type of house I wanted. He took detailed notes and made a pool of homes that matched as closely as possible to what I wanted. Then came the day we had to go and see the homes. I expected him to have picked at least five or more homes for me to see on that day. However, his list had three homes in it. The first two homes were already built and the third one was to be constructed by Meritage Homes so we had to go and take a look at the model. It was so amazing how he could read my mind. He had a great understanding of what I was looking for and what my preferences were. We ended up setting a time to complete paperwork after seeing the third house. The whole process from our first meeting until we signed the initial paperwork were only few hours. I have seen many friends and family members who spent months and saw tens of homes with their agents but still could not pick what they were looking for because their agents could not see their needs, preferences, and or financial situations. Because of Ron's great experience and knowledge I got an extra $15K incentives in addition to what the builder was offering at the time. I should add that during the whole process Ron was always very patient and available; returning my text messages, emails or calls even after working hours. After one year form moving in I had to refinance the house. I did search for few lenders and mortgage brokers at the beginning. However, it was very frustrating to deal with almost all of them. After exhausting my search for a good and reasonable lender I asked Ron for help. Ron referred me to one that I ended up using. The whole refinancing process was very smooth and I could not be happier. Ron has great connections with lenders, appraisers and so on. His knowledge and outstanding customer care were extraordinary and extend beyond closing. |

| Over the course of 9 years, I have personally done business with Ron Mehin on various occasions, and I have recommended him to close friends and family on various others. I am not the type of person who is very keen on giving reviews and/or recommendations, however, I felt that Ron truly earned this review via his excellent work.
