Get to know Ryan Bretzel
Born and raised 30 minutes outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin I came to the Twin Cities in pursue of a degree from the University of Minnesota. While in college I met my wife Emily and fell in love with the Twin Cities. I have been here ever since and we now we have son named Archer who we love spending time with. Through college I took a different path; genetics. I got a degree in plant genetics and worked on oats and medicago truncatula, a model plant for soybean, but my passion for homes was still there.
Throughout my life I have gained experience through jobs such has machining, welding, and concrete work. I grew up with a father who was a carpenter so construction has been around me all my life. I decided that my knowledge in construction and liking to meet people would fit great as a Real Estate Consultant. Now I'm working in a career I love, helping people just like you, find the home of your dreams.

I began my real estate career with Keller Williams Realty in 2006 and have been successful because I focus on helping my clients determine their goals and put together a game plan to hit those goals. I have experience with helping clients find homes priced less than $50,000 and more than $500,000; anywhere from St. Cloud to Osceola WI, but generally focus in on the Twin Cities Metro area and Western Wisconsin. I study the market constantly by keeping in touch with Market Trends, Lending Practices and Evaluating Home Structures. My expertise for evaluating home structures stems from vast array of experiences as a wood worker, welder, machinist and concrete work have helped my clients with decision making.Communication is key; and that is why I vow to continuously keep in contact with my clients and provide valuable information to help them build their wealth. I know that even though I handle transactions on a daily basis; my clients may only buy or sell a home a few times in their lifetime. I take the extra time and care to educate them about their decisions. My goal is to do such an outstanding job that they will not hesitate to refer their friends and family!
