Rourke Oakland brings a wealth of experience in real estate, finance and marketing to his position with Cornerstone Realty Group. He was a key member of a group that purchased, repositioned and managed more than $1 billion in multi-family and commercial property. As a founding member of 1031 NetEx development team, Mr. Oakland has a deep understanding of the TIC and fractional interest markets. Additionally, he helped acquire and manage more than $700 million in public debt and $300 million in private equity investments in real estate assets.

Mr. Oakland also spent over 20 years in the digital media markets, where he conceived and launched major national television, radio, outdoor, newspaper and interactive campaigns for clients such as Time Warner, Inc., Anheuser-Busch, Warner Bros., Columbia Pictures, Guess Jeans, and many more. He has a natural talent for recognizing and fostering strategic business concepts and alliances, and is well-versed in the capital markets and finance.

Mr. Oakland brings to Cornerstone the same spirit, drive and expertise that helped him pioneer new interactive business models in media and real estate markets, adding to his long list of successful business endeavors.
