I have been a resident of East Pasco County since 1973 when my parents relocated our family from Livonia, Michigan.  I have seen our area grow over these last 30+ years and view it as a natural progression as Tampa grows, but also with a little longing for the cattle grazing in the pasture and the orange groves that are getting more sparse with each passing year.  We have always had an ideal location within the state and also in relation to the Greater Tampa Bay Area and now we have to share it.

Real Estate has been my career path since 1984 and I have been involved in pretty much every facet of it as a buyer, seller, investor, flipper, landlord, subdivider, and in a professional capacity working with the same.  My experience has included transactions of commercial buildings & land, industrial buildings & land, development properties, MH/RV parks, agricultural land as well as residential homes & mobile homes and new construction. There are no small deals--- they are all important to me.  I believe with my background and experience, I can bring an insight to the real estate transaction that many agents are unable to do.
