  A buyer or seller would want to work with me as I offer versatility and honesty. Most say they do so. What differentiates me is the the Lord Himself. Not only do I represent you as the buyer/seller but I represent Him in the way He would have the job done in an ethical manner . I do not take that lightly as I will have to give account to Him one day. My professional designations are ABR ( ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE AND  GRI GRADUATE OF THE REALTOR INSTITUTE. Once more I am licensed in three states to offer my clients flexibility and a choice in what area they want to be in, and frankly it offers me options and opportunities as well as. My business is a healthy mix of all three areas. This has worked out so well that I am looking to expand my areas to Washington D.C in the next 90 days. I am a native of Washington .D.C and know the  metropolitan area well. Any trip I take is merely a refresher course if I haven't been in the area in a while. I use the latest technology to conduct my real estate affairs and offer you satisfaction. If upon meeting I don't feel that I'm the right agent for you I will be upfront about that as well and offer to assist you in finding a better agent for your situation as I know plenty. I want you the customer to have the best options available. As for awards well at the end of each year many agents go to their respective boards and fill out production information in order to get the "who's who awards ie top 1% ...  . I have never felt the need for this perhaps I should go for the recognition but couldn't be bothered with it. I am a plain spoken no frills person and don't feel the need as I would rather keep busy with the business rather than business about the business. My areas of expertise are in residential real estate but am a quick study and will do commercial,and land; however in the event a situation came that would be for some reason over my head then I would partner with someone more  knowledgeable in this area in order to assure maximum success For the client as well as learn something new myself. We can never quit learning. Aside from ABR ,GRI designations I have licenses in multi Jurisdictions. I feel that I can provide and expert level of service and keep in mind if I dont know something I wont fake like I do but will find out .
