Rene Sheridan is a third generation Realtor who serves the entire Denver metro area, as well as communities along the Front Range spanning from Castle Rock to Loveland. Originally from Chicago, Rene has a legal and educational background, making real estate a perfect fit for her.
Rene specializes in working with buying and listing residential properties, first-time home buyers, and working with international clients from all over the world. She is fluent in German after living in Berlin, Germany for seven years and can bring a unique perspective for clients moving to/from other countries. Rene takes pride in offering the best customer service to all of her clients and is committed to establishing ongoing client relationships that last well beyond the home buying/selling process.
Rene also is an active community philanthropist who sponsors local charities benefitting animals, children and women in need.

| Rene is be far the best you will find! She treats you like family and goes above and beyond until you find that right place for you. Even if it means finding that "need in a haystack" house. As an educator on a tight budget she helped us find one in our budget (not an easy feat). And if you are a first time homebuyer, she will hold your hand and anticipate your questions. She will help you with recommendations for any kind of help you might need if you ask her. And she does not recommend lightly so you know whoever she shares with you they are just as amazing as she is. We used her recommendations for an inspector and he was awesome! | Rene Sheridan is the best! Just sold our home for a full-price offer; this is the third time she has helped us buy or sell a home, and we were really happy to work with her again. Rene is an outstanding realtor, knowledgeable about the psychology of sales as well as the nitty-gritty of contract details. She is a consummate professional who is really tuned in to details and has great follow through. She has excellent contacts and makes use of them for our benefit in creating an outstanding listing, arranging for title insurance, and meeting various contract requirements. This particular sale was extra stressful for us as we were moving to a different state in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. | I had the pleasure of working with Rene on buying my first home. Rene was amazing. She was great about listening to what I was looking for and showing me properties that truly interested me. Her knowledge in real estate and greater Denver market was an enormous value add when it came to making my decision. I took the time to do my own research but Rene was always two steps ahead of any article I read. Additionally, Rene was happy to come show me houses on my crazy travel schedule. It didn’t matter if it was rush hour or weekends, Rene did whatever was needed to work with my schedule. | So excited to see you have a page I can rave about you on! Rene helped my husband and I buy our first home. With your first home everything is new and there are lots of things to learn in a short time. Rene made every question I asked seem like it was a great question and never was frustrated with them. She always took and returned call in a timely fashion even if I called her late at night not expecting anything until the morning. She once said she values when she is served with truly exceptional customer service. And she proved time and time again that she ALSO provided truly exceptional service! We were looking for the needle in a haystack priced and located home and she was always there with smile on her face and ready to show us the next one and the next one and the next one..... smile emoticon She has great connections to finance, construction, and inspection that helped move the process along and because she expects such great customer service all the people she referred us to were amazing at the jobs they do as well. | We loved working with Rene. She helped us sell our townhouse... twice (the first family to buy it lost the loan)! She gave us great advice on how to stage our home, and what improvements to do (and not to do) prior to putting it on the market! Because of her expertise we profited where we thought we would lose money. Rene also helped us buy our current home, I loved that she helped us see when we were trying too hard to like a place and noticing little things that we kept saying we liked.
