Ron loves working with people and helping them achieve their dreams. He has been following his passion for more than 25 years, having started in real estate in 1983.  Since that time he has earned the following real estate designations: Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, and Certified Sales professional, the latter awarded by the National Association of Homebuilders for specialized training in home construction and knowledge.

Ron acts as either a buyer or seller's agent, not a neutral party as many Realtors do.  He believes that when people are  making large financial decisions that they have the right to counsel concerning market conditions, home value, neighborhood data, and forthright answers to their questions.  It is like having a coach when you play on a team rather than having none at all.

Believing that buyer's deserve the highest level of service, Ron provides the services of an ASHI certified inspector (you choose from a list of area certified inspectors) and a complimentary 1 year homeowner's warranty. Sellers receive the same plus complimntary shuttle service from Denver International Airport and up to two nights lodging.

Ron is a part owner of Keller Williams of Northern Colorado and serves Greeley, Loveland, and Ft. Collins.  The company has three offices in the tri-city area. Ron is active in his church and has served over the years as a board member for non-profit agencies providing  reduced rate counselling services and programs for the handicapped.
