Richard Strahm is the Broker/Owner of American Foursquare Realty in Lansdale, PA.  Richard has helped hundred of people buy, sell and lease real estate in the southeastern Pennsylvania area.  

Richard has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations to help him better serve his diverse roster of clients.  Additionally, he has received the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification, allowing him to better serve the needs of distressed property owners.

Richard believes in working to protect the rights of property owners and supporting the industry he works in.  To that end, he is on the boards of directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, and the Suburban Realtors Alliance. 

Richard and his family reside in Lansdale, PA, where he is active with the local community.  He is the vice-chair of Lansdale Borough's Economic Development Committee, and serves on the board of directors of the non-profit group Discover Lansdale.
