Being a realtor is something that I always wanted to do. I'm finally doing it after being an engineer at GaTech. At one point, I owned & operated a grooming shop. I love working with people and helping them. As a realtor, I do it every day. I help buyers find their future home, guide them throught the buying process to closing. It gives me a great joy to hand them the keys.
My clients become part of my extend family. Its important to me to know how they are doing. They become long time friends. I count myself thankful for being blessed with them.
I enjoy working with first time buyers. I feel that its my duty to guide them through the buying procedure. It warms my heart to see the excitement in their faces when they receive the keys. I also enjoy working with those seeking their retirement home.
Fortunately for me, New Bern gives me plenty opportunities for both. New Bern is located near the Cherry Point Marine Air Station in Havelock. A recent announcement came out about an increase of 10000 marines. We are starting to see the first of those marines. Most of these marines are young and looking to buy their first home. I hope to be able to help have several opportunities to serve them.
New Bern is also a destination for retirees. With our moderate temperature, being nestled between the Neuse River and the Trent, and reasonable housing, New Bern is attractive to those who want a slower life style.
Love meeting people, learning about them, finding about their dreams and goals. I like helping them achieving them.
