| My name is Eric Wilson. My wife and I recently utilized Russ Wald as our Realtor in purchasing a vacation home in Queen Creek, AZ. Russ was one of 5 Realtors that we contacted based on reviews and Internet searches. We chose Russ as he really focused on understanding what we were looking for in our home search. He was very responsive to our needs and we felt he went above and beyond our expectations in a Realtor. Russ always took the time to explain how things worked in Arizona vs. Illinois, which is our state of residence. He really made sure that we understood what we were offering and was very persistent when we had questions or had an issue with the selling parties.
