Let me introduce myself.  My name is  Ruth Bassignan, Associate Broker with AZ Powerhouse Realty based in Scottsdale, AZ.  I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona 18 years ago.  Throughout my personal and professional real estate experience I have acquired, disposed, personally managed apartment buildings, became a licensed agent in 2003, obtained my broker's license, and been Designated Broker/Owner of a brokerage company. 

In my off time from real estate, I enjoy and dabble in interior design, volunteer marketing time to a rescue animal shelter located in Scottsdale (Lucky Paws), travel, music, movies, fitness activities, and most importantly time with my family.  I have two grown children of my own and three beautiful grandchildren.
