Get to Know RICHARD WOODS
I have been a resident of the greater Green area for over 50 years. I previously owned & operated horticultural firms and have an extensive knowledge of the area and it neighborhoods. This knowledge has assisted me in locating the right neighborhood for transferees into Green, Akron to Canton markets.
I work on Christian principals in each and every aspect of my real estate business as well as my family life. Having surrendered my Life to Christ on January 15, 1984, I have never regretted one moment of having Jesus as my Savior and leader in all manners. I have had the awesome experience of traveling from Thailand, Kenya, Kazacstan, Haiti and many other countries doing mission work to spread the Gospel of The Lord.
MY work ethic is to be diligent and thorough in each aspect of putting a deal, whether buying or selling, together so that each party is treated honestly and fairly in the deal. I believe that there is never a reason to take advantage of a person in any transaction. That by building a lasting business relationship, one will be rewarded times and times again.

I enjoy assisting buyers in locating the properties that they seek, while at the same time doing a comprehensive study of a current home they may desire to sell. Without being wishy washy I would say, First assisting sellers to sell their existing home and then next in assisting buyers. I have extensive experience in working with investors locating a good property to rehab, hold as a rental or sell so someone else can rehab the home.
I have specialized training in working with seniors as a Senior Housing Specialistin assisting them in considering a downsize to smaller house, condo or apartment, what ever is determined to best fit their particular needs and desires. Understanding the emotions that accompany these situations is a benefit as I have dealt with on many occasions.
Rehabbing a house has also come close to my heart, as I have done this personally and assisted others through the process. Looking at a house with a vision to make it a home someone is pleasing.
