Buyer ClientsPurchasing a home is a big step. I will sit down with you to ask you many questions about your wants and needs in a home.
I will educate you on the homebuying process.
I can assist you in getting preapproved for a mortgage, obtaining a home inspector and retain an attorney.
I will listen to you and present you homes based on the criteria you present to me.

After viewing many homes together and you find one to purchase, I will walk you through the offering process.
Once a price agreement is achieved, I will be there at your side to follow through with the home inspection, contract signing and mortgage committment.

Renter ClientsFinding a rental property through a broker is a "quality" way of obtaining a property that will best fit your needs and living standards. I will sit down with you to determine exactly what your needs are. I will run searches to find qualified rental properties for us to preview. I will then guide you through the process of applying for the property of your choice. Usually, there is a standard rental application to complete and in most cases, a credit report will need to be ran. On your behalf, I prepare an "Offer to Rent" which consists of laying out the monthly rental price you are offering, lease terms and occupancy date. I negotiate for you just like I would negotiate for someone making a purchase on a property.
