My background prior to Real Estate also combined Customer Service and Technology, running Support Centers for Systems Integrators in Europe.  Our family moved from the UK nearly 12 years ago and have lived in South West Florida and now in Central Florida.  As a Realtor, my focus is on high levels of integrity and customer service, providing local knowledge, honest feedback, confidentiality and management of the buying and selling process from start to finish and beyond.  As a Brit living in the US, I can also assist British and European buyers and sellers, helping them understand how the process differs and ensuring everything happens according to plan.
