My background is in business and technology. I earned my MBA degree at LSU and recently earned the e-PRO certificate from the National Association of Realtors. Every home purchase is an investment. For most people it is the biggest investment of their lives. I bring to the real estate profession my expertise in business and internet technology. Many people will live in their home for 5 years or less, so resale value and appeal are fundamental concerns when purchasing a home. What will the return on investment be in 3, 4 or 5 years? Is the neighborhood a good investment? In the current economy, is it a good time to invest in real estate? Is it a good time to upgrade the property or purchase a new one? Which neighborhoods will maintain their value? What type of house will maintain its value better than others? I can answer these questions ... that's my job.
