| To whom it may concern, It’s my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Sana after she guided me through the process of buying a house for the first time in a professional and exceptional way. I met Sana through a friend back in April 2016 who was looking for a place. At that point, I had no intentions of buying a home but after talking to Sana while visiting houses, she completely changed my perception and sparked a whole process that would change my life in a short timespan. After that initial casual conversation, Sana carefully walked me through in a clear and concise way how the home-buying-conveyor-belt works. She covered all the points, from financial, passing through possible house structural issues, down to insurance and utility costs. Then, when I couldn't feel more comfortable with the process, she understood the type of place my wife and I envisioned as home and started showing us houses that were good potential matches. Sana didn't waste my time at all with places that were not suitable once we arrived at the location. Time management was a real concern since I was living in Toronto and was moving to Brampton. She was also always transparent about any possible issues with the house or neighborhood. At a good pace, we found our dream place after only six weeks. Sana kept working with us throughout the inspection, financial and legal procedures. Finally, when the closing time was near, she, with close attention, covered from how to take over the utility accounts to rekeying the doors once we got the key! So, there were no details left behind! I got the key on Jul 5, 2016, it was three months from conceiving the idea of buying a house to moving in. Sana was incredibly responsive concerning any questions or doubts I had during the entirety of the process. She smoothed any rough edges and made just simple a process that many call a nightmare and from time to time just give up. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend Sana as a real estate professional. I have no doubts whatsoever who I would be calling if I were looking for a house. | Sana was my realtor while I was on the look out to buy my first house in Canada.
