I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years.  I started out in partnership with my father buying HUD properties.  We would totally remodel them to first class condition and sell.  Over the years I have had the wonderful opportunity to engage in various real estate transactions of all types.  My strongest attribute is my caring and outgoing personality.  I will do anything to make sure details are taken care of and all parties walk away excited and happy about their transaction.  I have my ABR certification so working with buyers is extremely rewarding. Handing the keys to a first time buyer is one of the best feelings in the world.  However,  I just like people and find satisfaction whether it is on the buying or selling side.
