Get to know John Speare

I am a full time professional real estate consultant with over 5 years of experience in residential Real Estate Sales.  During my time in Real Estate, I have worked in both new home and existing home sales, and have helped my clients buy and sell their homes. 

I live in the Willowcreek area of Sandy with my wife and three children and have been a resident of Sandy since 1985. I relocated to Utah following my graduation from college with a burning desire to ski and work in the mountains of Utah, with the greatest snow on Earth.  I skiied professionally at Snowbird as a ski patrolman from 1973 to 1983.  In 1983, I began a long career in the ski and sporting goods industry, and traveled the Intermountain area as a sales representative for 20 years.  I moved into real estate sales to pursue a desire to help others reach their real estate dreams. 

I believe my role as a Real Estate Consultant is to both educate and serve my clients, and I strive to offer my best advice only after I truly understand my clients goals and objectives.  I am very detail oriented, and work consistently to provide my clients with outstanding service throughtout their real estate transaction.  I approach every client as a friend and client for life and know that if I exceed my clients expectations, they will gladly refer me to their friends, family and buusiness associates. I hope to earn your trust and business by giving you the best experience you have ever had in a Real Estate Transaction.

Once we enter into a contract to buy or sell, I will handle all the transactional details from beginning to end.  I will assure that nothing is missed, no paperwork left out, and I will communicate with your throughout the process so you always know what is going on with your transaction. When we enter into negotiation with the other party, I will diligently work on your behalf and protect your interests throughout the process. I will help you establish a timeline for completion and work towards meeting all your goals and objectives.Once we have completed your transaction, I will stay in contact with you and remain available to you should you need advice or information about the current market conditions, or when it is time for your next purchase or sale.
