I am a Realtor® in Red Oak (Ellis County) Texas.
After many transactions helping families buy and sell their homes, I have had many different experiences and situations. One of the great things about real estate is that each situation is different and a challenge.
I am dedicated to serving our community and offering savings to my clients. My clients are rewarded for loyalty through discounts on a sale when also purchasing a new home. I always have my clients money in mind when helping them navigate the tricky business of buying and selling in order to avoid wasted and unneccesary expenses.

I work with all types of buyers and sellers. Traditional, distressed, short sales, first time home buyers, upsizing and downsizing sellers, asset managers, estates, etc.
I have several designations that complete my education so we can assist my clients with knowledge of the obstacles that each unique situation call for.
I also have experience with foreclosures whether I am the listing agent or working with a buyer. Foreclosures have their own set of challenges, but also are rewarding to work with.
CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Five Star Short Sale Certified.
We have a Mentor Certification with our Brokerage to train new Agents to ensure they are able to do the very best job on day one.
I work on Equator and Resnet as well to facilitate the closing of transactions.

| Sandys experience and understanding really paid off. This was a challenging experience and being a short sale presented many obsitcals. Sandy was able to explain and negotiate each of them with ease. She went over and above to make this process as painless as possible. I am a very demanding and have high expectations, which Sandy handled without a hitch. | Sandy is friendly and outgoing. She does a great job of putting clients at ease. From the first meeting, I felt like she was the person I wanted to work with. Her knowledge of real estate is impressive, and it is clear she has vast practical experience in the field. She begins the process by not only explaining all the paperwork clearly, but by letting you know what things need to be done in your house to facilitate a sale. Once the ball is rolling, she regularly touches base, sending both general information and specific. Any time I called her, my call was returned promptly, and I received what I needed, whether that be information or simple reassurance! She listened very carefully to what we were looking for--especially our price range. She never pressured us to go out of our comfort zone regarding price. You truly feel that she wants you to do what's best for your family. It's not all about the money.
