We are many!  We all can say the same thing!  We all have the same numbers and comparable.  The reason you choose my team is because after we meet a new client prospect they know they are going to get a little bit "more".  My background is advertising and I am a certified stager.  A listing is pure joy!  I make the house sound just a little different, I know its strengths, I know the area and I also adevertise that aspect.  I market a lifestyle!  Many agents are scared of writing ads - I live for that aspect of the business.  

My partnet is a Franchisor for a food chain.  Negotiations and numbers are second nature.  He is a walking "computer" with a good personality and good old fashion Mid Western values.

I am European/American born in Spain - I can speak the language fluently and am joyful to be able to help Spanish speaking clients.  I can even translate the world for "termite"!
