Its great to be in real estate. Meeting new people and helping people through one of the largest transactions in their lives, is what this job is all about. I entered real estate with a background in renovations and a passion for homes and architecture.Years as an accomplished equestrian, restaurateur and my best job ever, a mom, those passions have given me many blessings. I have had the pleasure to assist 1st time buyers, expanding families, families that include horses, dogs,and every other creature with four legs, to things that float and things that fly and people who just want to slow down and simplify their lives.
Its a blessing to meet so many people that I would have never had the opportunity to meet in any other way. You have entrusted me with your families and friends and I will make sure that you can count on me today and in the future.
Over the past eleven years in real estate I have expanded my areas of expertise to cover estate homes, traditional residential, farms and equine properties, acreage, land for new construction and investment and renovation property. There is still excitement when you help someone with their first home or their last.
I feel it is very important to continue learning and growing. Currently I have earned the GRI - Graduate of the Realtor Institute - designation. The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.e-PRO® is a revolutionary training program presented entirely online to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is the first major trade group to offer certification for online professionalism.AHWD - At Home with Diversity Certification - A ground-breaking professional education initiative designed to provide America's real estate professionals with training and tools to expand their business as well as home ownership opportunities for more Americans.AHWD certification relays to the public that those certified have been professionally trained in and are sensitive to a wide range of cultural issues inviting a wider volume of business from a greater variety of cultures.
LHMS - Luxury Home Marketing Specialist- The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing exists to help buyers and sellers of luxury homes and estates find real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury home market and have completed extensive training to build additional competencies. Members of The Institute actively seek out the latest information in marketing strategies, stay on top of changing market conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of an elite clientele and their exceptional properties.
I am currently in the process of earning my Green Designation and the CRS designation for Certified Real Estate Specialist which is earned over time with many hours of eduction and sales requirements.

| Two years ago I ventured to Ocala, FL from Maine. My plan was to find a house in a 55+ community for a reasonable price. I left messages to a number of realtors explaining what I was looking to buy. Sanna responded within 30 minutes and set up an appointment with me for the following day. She took me to look at a number of houses, all places within my budget and all places that were updated. I found the house I wanted, and she helped me negotiate a good price for the property. Two years later, I was ready to sell. Sanna helped me choose a competitive asking price. Within a few days, I was having showings. Within three weeks, I had an offer. Unfortunately, the offer fell through, but Sanna continued to initiate showings, even during the long, hot summer when little is happening with real estate in Florida. I am pleased to say that my closing was in October, and all went well. Sanna was aggressive with finding people to see my house, negotiating reasonable terms, and keeping me informed on a weekly basis. She is knowledgeable and a true go-getter. |

| My wife and I decided to relocate to Florida this past summer. As we scanned the internet looking for homes, we saw a home we thought we might like. The home was listed by Sanna Thomas. Through more internet searching, we saw reviews for Sanna in which many people attested to her credentials, her honesty and her willingness to do whatever it took to find the right home for a buyer. We have worked with realtors on many previous occasions and , considering what we saw in the reviews, decided to contact her. Sanna Thomas is an outstanding realtor, she listened to what we were looking for and ,at times, I feel she knew more what we wanted than we did. Throughout our process of finding a home, Sanna was always available to answer questions and to meet us when we could get back to Florida. We were given a great deal of information about the counties in Florida, the cities and what they had to offer. She made us comfortable as we looked at homes and areas; her upbeat and positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable. A big plus to me was she did not try to show us homes above what we had said we could afford. For anyone looking to purchase a home, I would highly recommend Sanna Thomas to represent you in your process of finding a home. Our relationship has not ended since our closing; I feel we have made a friend. |

| My husband Paul and I highly recommend Sanna Thomas. We were especially pleased at her knowledge and use of marketing technology, the housing market, and her bargaining skills in selling our home. | Sana is a realtor that I would recommend to anyone wanting a great experience in buying a home. She showed us homes until we found the perfect one and then walked us through the process of buying it. She was there anytime we had a question and made the entire process a pleasure.
