I specialize in First Time Home Buyers! I love working with people that are buying their first homes. There are so many questions that FTHB have and I really like to help them through the process. Buying a home, can be really confusing and frustrating for someone that has never done this before. I like to make it as simple as possible. I believe making the experience fun and pleasurable is the best part. I try to take all of the stress off of the buyers, so they can enjoy the process. I know how exciting this can be as I just purchased my first home last year and it was a great experience and I wanted my buyers to feel the same way. I do not try to hide anything and I tell them everything up front. That to me is so important as there is nothing worse than getting close to the closing date and has a surprise come up that they have not planned on. So I go out of my way to make sure that I cover everything.
