A successful 20 year career as a Builder, Developer, State Building Codes Official and Entrepreneur, made me realize I could utilize my experiences building relationships, understanding clients needs, research, management, and negotiating, to help others meet their Real Estate goals.

I fell in Love with the Treasure Coast and it's many diverse neighborhoods and distinctive features after relocating and opening a Restaurant here in the mid 80's.  I've had the challenge of navigating the local market in relocating, peurchasing personal and Investment properties and completing multiple renovation projects.  I believe my personal experience in these areas gives me a unique experience perspective in understanding the challenges and obstacles others face.
