I've lived and worked most my life in the lower New Haven and Middlesex County towns along the shoreline. It began as a youngster and teen exploring old Savin Rock and West Haven's sandy beaches. Next was a near decade of beach homes in Milford with friends and business partners. Even New Haven found me buying real estate and learning how to eat well(visit New Haven's eateries you will not be dissatisfied). As a dad with a growing family I crossed the Quinnipiac River and for the next 18 years have owned, rented and sold residential and commercial space and found some of the most interesting neighborhoods. Between sales and real estate appraisal my clients have provided me with the opportunity to view more homes in 20 years than most people in a lifetime. You'll find as I did, each town and neighborhood has it's own personality, some with a long history and all with a bright future. Call me now.

My professional career has included corporate accounting and reporting with fortune 1000 companies and sales with a nationally known womans' garment manufacture and distributor and printing sales. Real estate should not be rocket science. However the current economic environment has nearly made it so. Whether buying your next home or selling your house it really comes down to the basics. Knowledge and experience is fundamental. Knowing the market (values, direction, availability and competitive comparisons) gives me the opportunity to see the field and to evaluate, compare and make decisive decisions. I have years of experience with city and town zoning, building and assessment regulation and residential property appraisal. There should never be any unexpected issues. Professionally marketing a home in today's competitive environment cannot be done with a "list it and wait" approach. Sellers today need a plan and a system that will give maximum exposure at the right price.
