As a child, my parent's used to go to open houses and new construction model homes almost every weekend. It's no surprise that I became a realtor as an adult!
Owning my own homes has been one of the true joys in my life. Learing about home repair, decorating, maintenance, landscaping and gardening is one of my passions.
As a realtor for over 20 years, I have also ventured out into the income property arena. Owning rental property for over 10 years now was my planned retirement strategy. It worked for my parents and it is working for me today.
I have been in the real estate industry since 1990. My accrediations include: CRS; GRI; ABR; SFR. Residental sales and multi family investments have been my primary focus.
