Having spent twenty years as a Corporate Systems Consultant, that experience has taken me in the direction of analytical investing specializing in buyer evaluation techniques taught in our classes. These strategies greatly enhance the probability for our client's investment success. My skills in Market Evaluation, along with Property Type assessment contribute substantially, as well. Most of our clients are repeat customers. They eventually become sellers of their investment properties.
