I have lived on the South Shore for over 19 years and absolutely would not think of living anywhere else.  Member of the National Association of Realtors.  I am also a Certified Buyer Agent and love representing BUYERS in the purchase of their home.  Buyer Agency is a fairly new concept here in the East, but has been used extensively on the West Coast for many years.  This is why I LOVE working with West Coasters relocating to our towns.  They "get" how buyer agency works and wouldn't think of purchasing a home without having representation!  Of course, I'm also a successful listing agent and enjoy working with "realistic" sellers who have a sense of the current market conditions and who would be willing to work with me as a TEAM to sell their home at the BEST possible price -fast!  Primary Market Areas: Scituate, Cohasset, Hingham, Norwell Hull and Marshfield.
