Get to Know Scot Draper

I'm an Ohio native and have lived in the Charlotte area for 15+ years ... and I would never move back! I love Charlotte, and so will you. The Charlotte Metro area offers great shopping, great restaurants, a great park system & recreational opportunities and a great arts program. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system is a first-class, nationally ranked system known for strong academic success. We have great water recreation as well with Lake Norman, Lake Wylie and the U.S. National Whitewater Center. And of course we have the Carolina Panthers, the Charlotte Bobcats, the Charlotte Checkers, the Charlotte Knights, and of course we are the home to NASCAR with Charlotte Motor Speedway and the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

My professional background has been focused on retail & industrial sales, customer service & management. As a Technical Sales Representative, I traveled incessantly and that's where I developed a love of real estate. All of those hotels & miles traveled developed a strong yearning to buy my own home. That's where I developed my love for real estate. When the opportunity arose to take all of that experience & my love for real estate I could not resist making that move, and I have never been happier. I love seeing the joy & smiles on my clients' face as the keys to their new home are handed to them at the closing table. Seeing that excitement is what drives me every day.

I know the buying & selling process is stressful for my clients, no matter the market conditions. I bring my years of experience to the table, as well as a degree optimism. I try to be brutally honest with my clients, the stakes are too high for anything less.

Buyer Representation - As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) I have taken additional training to hone my skills in representing the needs of home buyers. Seller Representation - Maximizing the Seller's Net by understanding the Seller's needs & maintaining a constant awarenes of the local market conditions. Short Sales - I have extensive training & experience assisting homeowners who have found themselves in financial distress. There are options other than allowing yourself to fall into foreclosure.
