I obtained my IL Real Estate brokers license 10/05 and  IL Home Inspector License 12/05. I did not renew RE  Broker license. Prior to licensing I performed Structural Steel fabricated complex structures inspections both in fabrication shop as well as job site, I had been certified by American Welding Society as a CWI Certified Welding Inspector for 9 years. I was appointed Plant Superintendant and held that position until returning to school. Inspecting is like a calculator in my opinion and thats the way I write my reports. Deligence,truthful,dignity and treating people with respect and manners....thats me!
