Newnan / Peachtree City area is a great place to live. It has some beautiful parks, trails, lakes, and lots of restaraunts and shopping. Golf course communities and HOA's are flurishing along with single family non HOA houses as well. Lot's of new homes and more recent built homes in the area. I've been a REALTOR since 2009

Seller's Exclusive Agency receive a free interior consultation, professional marketing visual home presentation, final move out cleaning services prior to closing. Negotiation with buyers, standard marketing analysis, information and constant updates through the transaction management process.
Buyer,s Agency receive scheduling and home tours, market data, help with making an offer, negotiations and transaction management. Seller through cooperative agency in the MLS pay my fees (some exceptions may apply).
I Have practical and usefull experience with Home Owner's Associations at single family houses and condo's. I am a board member at present at Herritage Ridge at Summergrove in Newnan, and a past Vice President for 5 Years at a Condominium Home Owner Association. Buying a condo, or a home in an HOA is a bit more involved than a regular purchase. Having an agent who is knowledgeable about this can save you time and agrivation.

I booked a property tour when visiting Spokane from Austin, Texas, and he was ready to roll when I arrived at his office. As this was my first visit to Spokane, I relied on Scott to help line up properties that fulfilled my requirements, and I was not disappointed. When I walked into the second property on the list, I knew that this was the house of my dreams, and we put in an offer while standing in the living room. Scott was extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and an adept negotiator. We received a counter offer by midnight that day, and were under contract by the next afternoon. | We were referred to Scott by my parents and he helped us buy our first house almost 5 years ago. We are now selling our first house and buying something bigger as our family continues to grow. | Scott was recommended to us through our HOA to aid us in selling our condo. He was AMAZING! He was also very patient as it took us some extra time to get things moving. He helped us find a contractor to help clear out the condo and complete some repairs. Best contractor I have ever dealt with too! He managed to help us every step of the way, from dealing with the HOA, to prepping the property, down to guiding us in the listing and final sales price. He made things pretty easy, don't think I would ever consider selling on my own with the experience, professionalism, patience and advice received from Scott. This sticky situation took way too much time (that is on us), but helped us every step of the way through a final sale which was better than we expected! There were some minor last minute things that he helped us with that saved us as well. I have a hard time with the idea of using anyone else for residential real estate services. You just can't go wrong with Scott May! |

| So many good things about Scott. I met him at an open house. Right away I felt he would be easy to work with and that was good because he managed to sell my 'under construction' house that had been on the market every summer for 3 years. Scott kept me informed, made extra trips and never seemed flustered. There were 4 extensions before closing but we both managed to be patient. It paid off.
